Overview

Create land survey drawings and legal exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Tasks

-Research boundary and easement title documents and perform boundary analysis -Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for right of way, easements, acquisition parcels, etc. -Use field crew data files (points), field sketches, photos and reference maps to create surveys -Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D software to produce detailed subdivision maps, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, and other various survey related maps or exhibits

What You Bring

-Candidates must be currently in the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related degree -Working knowledge and experience with AutoCAD -This position will use basic computer drafting techniques to generate land surveys and easement exhibits for various projects -Ability to work independently and with a team
