Senior Project Manager

Manage power grid/substation projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and compliance.

Tasks

-Defining scope, schedule, and financials with project stakeholders. Monitor progress, resources, and costs. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Close projects formally and capture lessons learned. -Collaborating with engineering and commissioning teams for high/medium voltage installations. Support planning and execution of site activities. -Managing contracts and claims. Support procurement of materials and services. Assist in supplier negotiations and project changes. -Ensuring all activities comply with HSE policies and local regulations. -Upholding company standards, confidentiality, and continuous improvement through training and compliance with internal and external regulations. -Tracking project targets and report results to management. -You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -Serving as the main contact for customers. Build strong relationships and manage escalations effectively.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of process workflows and documentation standards. -Commercial awareness and international project exposure. -Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required. -minimum 7 years in project management within power grids, substations, or transformer projects. -Strong organizational and communication skills. -Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Bachelors’ degree in Electrical or Power Engineering. -PMP certification preferred. -Ability to work independently and in teams.
