-Managing performance and skill development of the team -Achieving KONE's safety targets by developing and maintaining a safety focused culture -Plan and organize the delivery and storage of materials/tools to the site -Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process -Drive key projects aimed at continuous improvement -Ensure that the work is carried out in line with clearly defined procedures and guidelines
