Tasks

-To be responsible for all the health and safety compliance onsite, including that of third party services providers and maintenance records. This includes ensuring all systems are regularly updated and monitored in accordance with all the Health and Safety requirements including adherence to the clients permitting system. -To manage the permitting of all CBRE tasks as required. -To oversee CBRE third party contracts to ensure the correct standard of service is provided in accordance with the agreed contract. -Preparation, control and monitoring of the service agreement in accordance with the client’s contractual agreement. -To compile and maintain all required management information/records. This includes asset register, emergency plans and management reports -Ensure all tasks delivered in the time frame required by the contract or ensure appropriate immigration are in place and communicated to our customer. -Regular monitoring of the key performance indicators and taking proactive and remedial action as applicable to ensure the required standards are maintained and constantly improved for the full range of buildings -To ensure all Hard Services and fabric of the building both externally and internally is maintained and serviced to a high standard in accordance with the management contract and agreed budgets. -To provide management of the sites CAFAM systems and team time allocation.

What You Bring

-Electrically qualified and able to work both as an engineer and as a manager. -Analytical skills -Qualification to minimum NVQ Level 3 in facility management or associate engineering trade. -Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills -Previous facilities management experience. This includes Line Management responsibility for personnel and contractors. -IT literate, together with an understanding and experience of industry specific IT Applications and requirements. -High degree and knowledge reference of Health and Safety legislation, environmental protection requirements and ideally IOSH qualified.
