Tasks

-Validate project scope and ensure all proposal parameters are clearly defined. -Submit Salesforce bookings promptly upon customer funding and manage required booking documentation. -Support sales growth in retail and commercial markets through proposals, estimates, and presentations. -Clarify remote support boundaries for Automated Logic Controls (ALC). -Maintain accurate customer data and project details in Salesforce, including configurations and prototypes. -Process change orders and resolve booking team inquiries or inaccuracies. -Coordinate and schedule store installation visits, ensuring overnight weekday timing to avoid overtime costs. -Track project activity and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders. -Participate in bids, trade shows, customer training, and relationship-building activities. -Collaborate across functions—sales, service, operations, finance, and legal—to facilitate contracts and business development.
