Tasks

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading and growing a successful lettings business, providing excellent customer service, and driving the performance of your team. With haart's strong reputation, industry expertise, and commitment to innovation, you’ll have all the tools and support you need to thrive. -Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s -Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants -Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies -Encourage your teams development and progression -Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs -Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings) -Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies. -Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team -Complete on-target earnings exceeding £50000 per year

What You Bring

-The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors -Proof of Address -Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle -Attention to detail -Ability to work under own initiative -Passport/Birth Certificate -Full UK Driving Licence -Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages) -We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: -Good telephone manner -A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings -Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads -The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch -Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment. -Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other -Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006) -Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher -Strong focus on generating new and repeat business -Drivers Licence Check
