Tasks

The role will focus on driving the organic growth of assets within the portfolio, including formulating and executing asset management plans and marketing strategies to optimise income and value. -Contribute to investments and business development efforts for acquisitions and development projects. -Provide regular reporting to the Senior Management team and relevant Investment Committees. -Provide leadership to the in-house team as well as outsourced service providers. -Responsible for the overall positioning of assets as well as the enhancement of cash flow and asset value. -Develop strategic business plans for the asset and execution of plans.

What You Bring

The role will be based from their office in West London 4 days a week with the ability to work from home 1 day a week. -Operationally hands on with strong financial acumen in Excel modelling. -Ability to travel across the UK when needed. -Degree qualified and Member of RICS is essential. -Proven Student Housing Asset Management experience (or similar asset class).
