Overview

Provide on-site H&S compliance, develop safety plans, and audit regulations for clients.

Tasks

-Assess regulatory compliance across various safety programs and environmental media. -Provide on-site H&S compliance support at client facilities. -Perform compliance audits and implement follow-up corrective actions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. -Develop safety procedures, plans, permits, and reports. -Provide technical assistance on safety-related compliance projects; safety management system development and implementation; safety oversight, industrial hygiene monitoring; and safety auditing. -Conduct training, field coaching, and assessment for safety performance improvement projects. -Design and implement safety management systems and programs for clients.

What You Bring

-MS Office Suite and database management for managing large volumes of data. -Be passionate about safety performance improvement and have working experience with the following H&S topics: -3 to 7 years relevant consulting experience in working with significant industrial clients on regulatory compliance and sustainable H&S compliance programs. -Demonstrated ability to provide detailed regulatory interpretation of federal and state OSHA regulations. -Bachelor’s degree in safety, occupational health, engineering, or related degree. Masters preferred. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Certification in field; ASP/CSP, CIH, PE, or similar registration highly desirable. -Hazard recognition
