Design and oversee fire protection/mechanical systems for healthcare projects
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Design fire protection and plumbing systems (e.g., sprinkler layouts, fire pump sizing, piping, sanitary, medical gas, domestic water heating, ductwork). -Perform system calculations, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, and equipment selections. -Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients. -Serve as Engineer of Record and mentor junior staff. -Ensure compliance with codes such as NFPA, ASHRAE, and IBC. -Develop construction documents and job-specific specifications. -Conduct field investigations, site visits, and construction inspections.
