Tasks

-Effectively managing field service priorities and schedules. -Build and maintain a customer base to promote the ongoing financial growth of the Service Centre. -Participating in regular internal product-based training to meet and exceed OEM service standards. -Providing product service training to clients as required. -Ensuring our service fleet vehicle's safety, cleanliness, and proper resourcing. -Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related information. -Coordinating and performing various mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.

What You Bring

-Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines -A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License -Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers -Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems -Ability to work independently and in a team environment
