-Experience in Agile or project-based delivery environments. Electricity Industry experience essential -Experience working for/with industry agents (e.g., MOPs, DCs, DAs) and external data providers. -High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. -Understanding of the UK electricity settlement framework, industry codes (e.g., BSC), and regulatory bodies (e.g., OFGEM, Elexon). -Experience creating and enacting EFR plans for multiple supplier clients of varying sizes. -Experience with industry data flows, settlement reports, or metering data. -Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights effectively. -A collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a time-sensitive environment. -Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement qualifications. -Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence in dealing with suppliers, third parties, and internal teams. -GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics. -Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data analytics platforms (SQL). -Proven experience in settlement operations, performance analysis, or supplier management within the UK electricity industry or energy sector. -Electricity Industry experience
