Tasks

Plan and execution of surveys Review Contract Drawings/In House drawings prior to distribution to Field Crews Prepare daily time sheets, data logs, expense reports, and field change orders Coordinate survey needs between Projects and Field Crews Check/track field data for accuracy and completeness Ensure that the project progresses according to contract Watch over the operation field projects, which includes logistic and administrative aspects, in cooperation with the Project manager Adhere to company policies and ensure that employees follow procedures Plan daily activities to meet productivity goals Compile RFI’s for discrepancies The Survey Party Chief adheres to company policies and ensures that employees follow procedures and is responsible for making sure all of the equipment is ready for an upcoming field task. Makes sure that there is a smooth interaction between the Client, Field Office, and Field Crews with regard to the projects Layout needs.

What You Bring

5+ years in a supervisor position Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Terramodel/CADD experience preferred 8 years' experience in construction Knowledge of GPS/ Robotic Equipment Ability to manage multiple jobs/crews
