Project Manager

Overview

Manage project execution ensuring safety, budget, timeline, and resource compliance.

Tasks

-Select and track the employees needed on the project and monitor their conduct. -Supervisory responsibilities over Field Service Technicians with limited authority. -Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports in a timely manner. -Select and track the type of equipment needed on the project. -Gain a thorough understanding of the project to monitor budget, progress, and deliverables. -Establish risk factors and develop mitigation strategies. -Oversee the completion of projects, ensuring they run smoothly and comply with safety and legal requirements. -Eliminate any identified risk factors to ensure project success. -Work closely with operations to ensure the project is performed correctly. -Communicate effectively with customers, operations, and project teams.

What You Bring

-Must wear appropriate and mandated PPE including arc-flash suit, safety glasses, hard hat, respirator, hearing protection, steel-toed boots, etc. -Strategic thinking with the ability to align projects with broader organizational goals. -Must pass a pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and/or random drug test. -Strong knowledge of project management methodologies with proficiency in project management software -Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. -Adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. -Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills. -Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. -Any project management certificate preferred. -Ability and willingness to work after hours, as needed. -1-3 years of relevant project management experience -Associate’s degree, trade or technical school certificate/diploma, or Bachelor’s degree preferred. -Ability to walk, stand, climb, pull, push, sit, and work in a cramped or confined space. -Potential low exposure to various conditions, including dirt, heat, fumes, smoke, water, noise, vibration, grease, oil, and dust. -Must have a satisfactory background/MVR check.
