  • Proven experience in both new construction and renovation of terminal or concourse facilities.
  • 10+ years of professional architectural experience, with a strong emphasis on aviation/airport terminal design.
  • LEED accreditation or sustainability design experience desirable.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, airport design standards, and project delivery methods.
  • Experience with airside/landside planning, passenger flow, and terminal modernization projects.
