Tasks
-Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy. -Responsible for developing and managing cross functional, technology led, or product focused programs. Manages budgets and interfaces with contractors, suppliers, customers and internal functions. Manages program resource and budget allocation/integration. Manages schedule, budget, and tollgate process for NPI, requisition, or sustaining programs. Influences the programs to meet customer CTQs. -A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members

May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions. -Experience with project management skillset (communication, risk, planning/scheduling, change management) -Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college -Proven interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to think strategically, be creative and move quickly to articulate and then operationalize the business vision/strategy into tactile actions. -Practitioner and / or expert of Lean practices. -Proven ability to be a liaison between functional organizations. -4 years of experience in engineering, science, computing, math, or technical program management capacity. -Demonstrated ability to document, plan, market and manage programs that further the knowledge, understanding and capability of the business -High performing individual with demonstrated ability to deliver results while exhibiting behaviors that promote strong team performance, change agent able to make the case for lean and demonstrate immediate impact. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
