Tasks

-We reserve the right to continually monitor your ability to safely and successfully complete these inherent physical responsibilities and take action as deemed appropriate in accordance to the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) -Execute production tracking for assigned construction projects -As the Foreman, you will direct the daily activities on assigned projects and manage all aspects of Production, Scheduling, Safety, Quality Control, and Administration while reporting directly to the projects Superintendent -Identify project prefabrication opportunities and develop project kitting plan -Potentially operate a motor vehicle, crane, tractor, etc. -Collaborate with Field Support team including Purchasing, Prefabrication, and Virtual Construction to maintain project flow -Lead the development of a comprehensive project plan utilizing the Corbins Project Plan Development Guidelines -Ensure professional resolution of escalated field related issues and customer satisfaction -Promote Corbins in a positive light at all times when dealing with customers, trade partners, subcontractors, and other industry professionals

What You Bring

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite -Potentially lift up to 50 pounds -Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills -5+ years of Electrical Construction experience -Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and OSHA safety standards -Potentially need to do repeated pushing, pulling, carrying, reaching (or working above shoulder), walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and climbing -An OSHA-30 card is required for this role. Corbins will provide training for you to obtain this if you do not currently have it** -Working knowledge of construction, electrical work, systems, and troubleshooting -Ability to read and interpret blueprints
