Overview

Manage employee timecards, ensure accurate entry, approvals, and resolve discrepancies.

Tasks

-Chase employees with timely reminders to ensure timecards are submitted and approved within deadlines. -Coordinate with employees and reporting managers to modify/correct discrepancies. -Monitor employee Time cards.

What You Bring

-Good knowledge of timekeeping procedures -2–5 years of experience in timekeeping, administrative operations. -Minimum 12th pass; Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR/Accounting/Commerce preferred. -Proficiency in MS Excel -Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. -Organizational and multitasking skills. -Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. -Strong communication and coordination abilities.
