Tasks

-Collaborate with internal technical teams to design and propose comprehensive solutions. -Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts. -Identify and qualify sales opportunities within the colocation market segment. -Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. -Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis. -Present proposals to clients and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings. -Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments. -Understand client requirements and develop customized solutions that address their specific needs. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT managers, and facility managers.

What You Bring

-Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. -Prior experience in structured cabling, audiovisual (AV), security, or networking is a plus. -Minimum of 7 years of related industry experience, with a proven track record of success in sales within the critical infrastructure sector. -Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex infrastructure solutions. -Experience selling into the colocation market segment is highly desirable. -Preferred location to be based in Northern Virginia and/or Columbus, OH. -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). -Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
