The Role

Analyst managing renewable project RFPs, market research, and client proposals for utility origination.

Tasks
-Present progress updates, risks, and recommendations to Origination leadership and senior management. -Manage the RFP response process from start to finish, including intake, scheduling, data collection, content development, and submission. -Support Origination team in evaluating commercial opportunities, market assessments, and PPA negotiation preparation. -Provide a meaningful work experience and prepare our people for future challenges through different opportunities for development and internal mobility; -Act as primary point of contact for internal work streams (development, finance, engineering, legal, etc.) to gather required inputs and ensure alignment on RFP responses. -Track multiple RFPs simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are coordinated across teams. -Contribute to market research efforts, including tracking industry news, monitoring utility integrated resource plans (IRPs), and compiling insights for Origination strategy. -Support bilateral project marketing by preparing client-facing materials and participating in meetings with utilities and other relevant stakeholders -Draft, edit, and format proposal materials to meet high standards of accuracy, clarity, and professionalism. -Maintain proposal database, standard templates, and best practices to streamline future responses.

Up to 25% -Understanding of Microsoft products and/or complementing products -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Global certification as a family-responsible company by Fundación Másfamília -Effective communicator, verbally and in written form -Lifting: Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds -Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment -Strong analytical and quantitative skills and the drive to make a difference in the clean energy sector -Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfort presenting to management and speaking in front of customers. -Vision/Hearing: Ability to understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form -Proficiency/experience with data analysis tools & associated programming languages (Tableau, PowerBI, Python, SQL) is considered a plus, but is not required. -Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline -Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise preferred -0 - 3 years of of professional experience (internships and academic projects will be considered). -High level of interpersonal and teamwork skills (communication) -Strong sales, networking, leadership, and time management skills -Safety: Ability to understand and communicate safety precautions when necessary -Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and concepts quickly -Speech/Reading: Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form -Attention to detail and ability to synthesize inputs from diverse stakeholders into a polished final product. -Sitting/Standing/Flexibility: Ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours when in an office environment
