- Interpret job specifications and contract drawings and estimate materials needed
- Generate and maintain relationships with property managers, general contractors and other local avenues of business
- Estimate Commercial jobs, perform take-offs, write proposals, communicate with business owners, property managers, consultants or Architects
- Working overtime as needed to make sure bids get done in a timely fashion
- Review all projects with the General Manager

- The candidate should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- The ideal candidate will have experience in all Low Slope and Steep Slope Roofing Systems
- Working in Edge Estimator
- Construction/roofing industry experience preferred
- The candidate should be able to read drawings and spec books in order to perform take-offs, write estimates and proposals
- Candidate needs to be able to communicate with business owners and property managers on a professional level
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs
- Pass a background check
- Experience in commercial roofing (repairs, production, or sales) preferred
- Company phone, truck, fuel, and fuel provided for company use (this is not a take home vehicle)

- Compensation base range $65k -$100k and performance based incentive, commensurate with experience
