Tasks

-Support preparation of Supplier payments -Reconcile Supplier Statement to ledger -Allocation of Direct Debits to Invoices -Process payments through e-banking -Record and issue Purchase Order numbers following approval -Run weekly Aged Creditors Report and seek approval of Invoices -Register, record and match Supplier invoices with Purchase Orders and process invoice/credit note to SAGE 200 -Liaise with Finance Managers to validate invoice and resolve Supplier queries -Monitor and clear debit balances on ledger

-Highly motivated with a ‘can do/hands on’ attitude with a professional manner -Great attention to detail and well organised -Good communication skills and team player who is good at building relationships -Strong IT skills with Microsoft packages, namely Excel, as well as Sage Accounting and Access Dimensions/Access Financials -Proven accounts administration and purchase ledger experience -Ability to prioritise own workload to meet deadlines
