Tasks

-Preparing documentation and approvals required to commence building -Managing a portfolio of customers from pre-site through to settlement -Ensuring all customer interactions are positive and professional -Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth and timely construction process -Advocating for customers and resolving issues throughout the build -Providing administrative support to the construction team

What You Bring

-Experience in process improvement and stakeholder engagement -Ability to read and interpret building contracts and drawings (highly regarded) -A proactive mindset and collaborative approach to problem-solving -Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail -Experience in the building industry, with strong admin and customer service skills
