Manages bid documentation, coordinates tender processes and supports bid team.

Tasks

-Format, compile and finalise response documents -Schedule meetings and coordinate: -CRM data entry under direction of LBL / GTM Geography Lead -Setting up tender folders and administrative needs on tenders -Can schedule and coordinate bid progress to achieve a quality product by deadline -Post-bid activities (filing, PJN closeout, feedback upload etc) -Bid inbox management including downloading of tender documentation and updating the Bid Tracker
