Senior Architectural Technician

Overview

Lead detailed design and coordination for industrial, healthcare, and life‑science projects.

Tasks

-Liaise with design and construction teams, attend site meetings, and contribute to risk assessments. -Lead detailed design stages and coordinate technical design information. -Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning constraints, and site-specific covenants. -Organise and manage technical project information and detail packages. -Prepare design proposals using Revit, AutoCAD, or ADT. -Support the Project Architect and Head of Architecture with additional duties as and when required. -Produce high quality NBS specifications and statutory approval documentation.
