Tasks
-Train and mentor field and office personnel on QA/QC procedures and standards. -Lead root cause analysis efforts and corrective action plans for any identified quality issues. -Review project plans, specifications, and submittals to identify quality requirements and inspection criteria. -Develop, implement, and manage the company-wide QA/QC program for new electrical construction. -Will oversee and enforce quality control standards and procedures throughout all phases of electrical construction. -Will collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, field teams, and clients to ensure compliance with codes, specifications, and best practices.

What You Bring
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical supervision or QA program management. -Wyoming Journeyman Electrician License OR Reciprocal state license (required). -Proficient with NEC (national electrical code) -Deep understanding of OSHA regulations and company-specific safety practices. -Must be 21 years of age to operate a company vehicle. -Must meet all jobsite access requirements and have no restrictions from any project partners or clients. -Driver’s license with a clean driving record. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Strong knowledge of construction techniques and equipment, including systems up to 15kV. -Critical thinking skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software tools. -NFPA 70E/ Qualified Person (or must obtain within 1st month of hire). -OSHA 30 certification (or must obtain within 1st month of hire).
