Tasks
You will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of retained executive search assignments. Supporting experienced Consultants and Directors, you will contribute to the full project lifecycle, from research and market mapping through to candidate engagement, qualification and reporting. -Gather and analyse market intelligence, monitor industry trends, and contribute insights to inform search strategies. -Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target organisations and individuals, including passive candidates, using various tools, online databases, and other digital tools. -Provide logistical and administrative support, including interview scheduling and preparation of candidate documentation. -Manage candidate communications and applications throughout the process. -Produce shortlist reports and provide regular progress updates to the client team. -Conduct pre-screening and competency-based interviews (via telephone or MS Teams) to assess suitability and motivation. -Engage with prospective candidates and sources via phone, email, and LinkedIn, representing both Newman Stewart and our clients with professionalism and credibility. -Compile detailed company and candidate identification lists, creating structured search maps and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system. -Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of research processes. -Prepare assignment briefs and assist in the creation and posting of adverts.

We are now looking to appoint a talented and motivated Resourcing/Delivery Consultant to join our team in our central Leeds office. -Naturally inquisitive and thorough, with strong investigative and analytical skills. -Experience in executive search, recruitment, or a research/analyst role within a commercial or professional services environment. -Technically confident, with advanced internet research abilities and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms. -Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure. -A clear and credible communicator, comfortable engaging with senior professionals and clients. -Self-motivated, solutions-focused, and committed to high standards of delivery. -A degree-level education or equivalent professional experience is desirable.
