What You Bring

-Vision acceptable to determine proper welds. -Listening to Understand – Open mind, learning from others, accepting feedback, embracing the objective -Must be able to read and correlate parameter sheet. -High School Diploma/GED. -Thinking Creatively – Applying creativity, seeking improvements, understanding from the customers’ lens -Must be able to stand, walk and/or lift repetitively during shift. -Welding experience preferred. -Continuous lifting of over 60 lbs. -Must be able to frequently lift in unsupported positions as well as bend, twist/turn, reach, push/pull.
