Tasks

-Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all teams -Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts -Coordinate daily with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients -Identify and resolve potential risks, delays, or cost impacts early -Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards -Manage all aspects of assigned projects from pre-construction through closeout -Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts -Maintain accurate documentation, change orders, and progress reports

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys leading teams, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality projects that make a lasting impact on the community. -Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills -OSHA 30 certification preferred -Proven success managing ground-up construction projects valued over $5M -Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) -Strong understanding of construction methods, safety, and project sequencing -Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager (commercial or multifamily preferred) -Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
