What You Bring

-Skilled in using WFM tools and scenario planning -Proven experience in contact centre workforce management -Ability to lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment -Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills -Experience with Genesys Cloud (required) -Experience with IVR, web messaging and voice analytics products -Strong data analysis and workforce modelling capabilities
