Overview

Develop and manage schedules for renewable energy projects, reporting progress and risks.

Tasks

-Supporting risk management function to identify & assess impacts of -Control, recording & management of Project changes -suppliers, update Project schedule with -reporting, including preparation of -supplier progress on regular basis, discuss schedule issues with Project -Schedule planning to support decision making -Identification and highlighting of areas of concern with proposed -Programmes, Interface/summarise into the Project Program, Interact with -programmes, such as: receive, check/validate Suppliers -Work collaboratively with Project Management in the production of -Development of the Project scheduling and tracking process to the -support project, business and corporate requirements. -Tracking of renewable energy project progress. Preparation of weekly, -Assist in the development of opportunities for best-practice exchanges -Preparation of project schedules, regular updates based on project -weekly and monthly progress reports in line with -Tasks related to the follow-up and control of the Contractors -monthly and ad hoc progress reports to

What You Bring

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills -spreadsheets, analyses and Powerpoint presentations. -Identification of schedule problems and support to management in -Regular communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders. -Proven significant experience of IT applications (Primavera, Microsoft -Document Management Systems, etc.) -Excellent Powerpoint presentation skills required to completed regular -resolution and decision-making -Customer Centric (internal and/or external) -Experience in Project Planning for large, complex projects. Preference -Office (in particular Excel & Project), -Ability to influence at various levels of an organization -Proven significant experience of working with multi-disciplinary -for experience with onshore renewable
