Overview

Maintain and calibrate production tooling for membrane solutions assembly and spinning.

Tasks

-Develop quick-change options for changeovers. -Attend engineering and management meetings, providing input and guidance. -Implement tool recycle and maintenance processes. -Identify, analyze, and resolve process conditions and problems to improve production or workflow. -Aid in process improvements for tool design and reliability. -Dismantle equipment to remove and repair defective parts. -Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. -Develop, implement, and maintain overall tooling management organization. -Sustain a preventative maintenance tooling program and drive reliability excellence.

What You Bring

-Comfortable analyzing, interpreting, and communicating data and trends. -2–3 years of industrial manufacturing experience or technical/associate degree, certificate, or equivalent in a related field (preferred). -Basic problem-solving skills. -12-hour rotating shift (36 / 48 hour work weeks) -High school diploma or equivalent.
