Tasks

-Attend client and post-tender meetings, presenting pricing and methodologies -Support and mentor two estimators; act as deputy to the Estimating Manager -Prepare full cost plans, including groundworks, steelwork, logistics, and temporary works -Lead and coordinate tenders for major RC frame and structural packages -Manage the full pre-construction process from enquiry through to handover
