What You Bring

-Practical vessel operating experience -A solution-focused approach with proven marine management capability -Diploma for Harbour Masters (Lloyd’s Maritime Academy or similar) -Proven marine operational experience, ideally at Assistant Harbour Master level or equivalent -Strong IT proficiency, including MS Office and marine systems -Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills -Safety leadership training (e.g. IOSH Managing Safely) -UK Harbour Master Certificate (or willingness to work towards this) -Oil Spill Response 4P qualification -Working knowledge of the Ports & Marine Facilities Safety Code (PMSC) -Strong understanding of harbour and port navigation safety management
