Tasks

-Create training documentation, test scripts, and process documentation to be used during system upgrades and migrations to cloud -Support infrastructure analysis across server environments -Assist with onboarding / offboarding tasks, including IT asset setup and account access -Create and disable access requests for various applications -Help apply maintenance and security patches to Windows servers -Provide technical support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues

What You Bring

-Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, electrical or computer engineering -Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows server operating systems -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills -Basic knowledge of networking and server administration is preferred -Familiarity with AD, Citrix, and Remote Desktop is preferred
