The Role

Overview

Customer service rep handling service tickets and collections.

Tasks

-Work closely with Finance/AR teams to escalate unresolved collections issues. -Answer inbound service calls and emails, creating accurate service tickets in our system. -Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and aging account balances. -Ensure clean, accurate data entry into CRM and ticketing systems. -Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation with attention to detail. -Send payment reminders, document customer communications, and track status of follow-ups. -Work closely with technicians, project managers, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. -Triage and prioritize service requests with urgency and professionalism. -Communicate with customers regarding service updates, scheduling, and next steps.

What You Bring

-Strong communication skills — verbal and written — with a professional demeanor -The ability to work independently and as part of a team -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) -Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills -1–3 years of customer service, dispatch, or collections-related experience -Use critical thinking to troubleshoot basic issues before escalation. -Experience with CRM, ticketing, or ERP systems is a plus -Ability to multitask and stay composed in fast-paced settings -Maintain professionalism and empathy in all financial conversations. -Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
