Tasks

-Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate accruals and reconciliations at month-end -Maintain the team mailbox in Outlook and ensure timely communication -Process invoices, credits, rebills, and refunds using JD Edwards (JDE) for external and inter-company transactions -Support continuous improvement initiatives including testing and validating new processes -Handle billing cases through Salesforce and transactions via PUTTY software -Resolve internal and external billing issues and respond promptly to inquiries and investigations

What You Bring

-Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments with effective multi-tasking skills -Familiarity with general accounting principles and software tools such as PUTTY, JD Edwards, ADDs, and Salesforce -Embraces continuous improvement and adapts quickly to new systems and processes -Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, with 3–5 years of related experience -Demonstrates strong attention to detail with high accuracy in processing invoices and related tasks -Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing -Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with solid customer service and teamwork skills -Possesses an analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues -Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with financial systems and applications efficiently
