Procurement Analyst

Manage MRO/indirect procurement, contracts, and sourcing strategies for Arcosa.

Tasks

-Analyze category spend and proactively identify opportunities for improvement -Coordinate and communicate plans and agreements among business units to ensure an understanding of their needs, specifications and quality expectations -Support Arcosa-wide sourcing initiative implementations and management -Abide by all safety, quality, housekeeping and company policies/procedures to ensure compliance to all regulatory and internal system requirements. -Consolidate and report on combined Arcosa activities in assigned categories -Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts from creating RFQs, identifying/vetting potential suppliers and contractors, negotiating contract terms, to structuring contracts related to MRO and indirect materials for our operations. -Ensure compliance through tracking contracts and usage against contracts -Prepare for, participate in, and lead negotiations with suppliers -Stay abreast of trends within the relevant supply industries -Serve as the escalation point for all corporate MRO/Indirect contracts and any issues that arise in the Business Units -Track and maintain quotation histories -Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to capture and address sourcing requirements -Develop and implement sourcing strategies to manage category spend and supply risks -Lead supplier development process by evaluating suppliers’ performance and facilitating improvements

What You Bring

-Experience building out procurement processes and category strategies -Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft tools -Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, supply chain management or related field -Strong problem solving and data analytics skills -Minimum of 3 years sourcing experience -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Detail-oriented, organized and resourceful -Demonstrated negotiation skills with experience negotiating large contracts and agreements -Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international) -Financial analysis experience -Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously and to prioritize -Strong understanding of category and supply chain concepts, practices and procedures
