Manage and optimise Trent 1000 engine fleet planning, digital tools and SIOP integration.

Tasks

-Support the Trent 1000 team to ensure the SIOP process is completed on time and to quality. -Support data validation, cleansing, and standardization activities to ensure integrity across systems. -Work with PSM team to align and integrate the fleet management policy with the fleet planning activities. -Conduct gap analyses between current and desired states; recommend process and tool improvements. -Evaluate and enhance existing planning tools and workflows to improve data quality, efficiency, and user experience. -Translate operational needs into clear functional specifications for digital tool development or process changes. -Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align on digitalisation priorities and deliverables. -Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to support strategic decisions. -Deliver rapid scenario planning to assess opportunities and risks in the plan to support executive reviews.

What You Bring

-Relevant experience in engine fleet planning, maintenance planning, or asset management. -Proven experience in digital transformation or tool development projects. -Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and planning systems (e.g., MAXIMO, SAP). -Understanding of SIOP (SORB) process. -Desire to make a difference in a challenging operational environment through excellent collaboration, teamwork and innovative problem-solving skills. -Understanding of Product Time on wing drivers and fleet health.
