Tasks

-Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms -Work with third-party tools and platforms to scale efforts (e.g. feed management, bid automation, analytics tools) -Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, CRM, Content, Web Dev) to align messaging and landing pages -Report on campaign results, providing actionable insight to key stakeholders and the wider business -Monitor platform performance, competitor activity, and market trends to inform strategy -Build and refine audience targeting strategies, including custom segments and lookalikes -Manage 6 figure monthly budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and profitably -Continuously improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates through data-led testing and iteration
