-Build strong relationships to support successful project delivery. -Supervise contract documentation, warranties, bonds, and licenses. -Deliver cost control, manage valuations, and oversee financial reporting and claims. -Manage all procurement phases from prequalification to contract preparation. -Advise on procurement strategies, contract selection, and produce detailed reports. -Provide expert value management guidance at project initiation. -Lead large teams to achieve strategic goals and foster continuous improvement. -Oversee cost planning, including ownership and presentation of final plans.
