Overview

Coordinate building repair projects from registration to invoicing, liaising with clients and crews.

Tasks

-Liaise with clients on deposits, variations and project updates -Keep service levels high during storm seasons and peak periods -Handle incoming calls and rotate through frontline communications -Lodge and track new jobs in our workflow system, securing client approvals -Allocate trades for emergency and planned repairs -Maintain accurate job files, budgets and client portals -Coordinate bookings, tenders, contracts and planning forms

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office; workflow system experience advantageous -Adaptable, proactive and quick to master new IT systems -Proven experience in a similar insurance or building-services role -Customer-first mindset with the ability to meet strict KPIs -Exceptional organisation, time management and communication skills -Trade background or tertiary qualification in building/construction
