Overview

Business analyst driving digital transformation for manufacturing systems

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities. -Deal with software vendors and getting system developed. -Support the implementation and integration of enterprise systems like SAP, ERP-LN, or other legacy systems. -Ensure data integrity and compliance with IT and cybersecurity standards. -Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities. -Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, downtime, and quality. -Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams. -Collaborate with production, supply chain, quality, planning etc. cross functional teams to gather and document business requirements.

What You Bring

-Ability to work cross-functionally and managing multiple tasks / projects. -Bachelor’s degree in IT/CE/Industrial Engineering/Production or related field. -Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. -3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in corporate environment. -IT project management with waterfall / agile methodologies. -Wireframing and prototyping using various tools to get clear UI/UX experience. -Knowledge Of IT infrastructure and IT security. -Experience with Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies (IoT, predictive maintenance, digital twins/RPA/AI-ML etc.). -Understanding of manufacturing processes and systems (e.g., ERP, MES, WMS/Quality systems etc.). -Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI. Python, DevOps etc. -Good at analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. -Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems. -Understanding of SDLC
