Tasks
-Handle calendar, travel arrangements and coordination of day-to-day activities. -May assist in performing Human Resources duties. -Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning and safety culture. -Manage incoming guests, clients and vendors at the front desk. -Daily assess and restock supplies around office. -May compose, prepare, edit and proofread letters, reports and other correspondence. -Receive and deliver packages and mail. -Build and maintain relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and contractors. -Answer phone, screen calls and forward messages. -Under minimal supervision, provides administrative support for an office group of professionals including admin team, ensuring the office operates efficiently. -Promote office-wide events and employee engagement.

What You Bring
-High school diploma or equivalent. -Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history. -Minimum 0-3 years’ relevant experience. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and technical aptitude to become proficient with various company-specific software programs. Excel experience is preferred.
