Tasks

-Work with Goa’s leading solar company and contribute to a sustainable future. -Provide general support to the Accounts and Procurement teams as needed. -Maintain proper documentation for purchases and financial transactions. -Assist in preparing and maintaining purchase orders, invoices, and payment records. -Support vendor communication, quotation comparison, and basic negotiation follow-ups. -Help update and organize accounts and procurement data in Tally and Excel. -Track material deliveries and coordinate with technical and warehouse teams.

What You Bring

-Certificate of internship and potential for full-time opportunities based on performance. -Good communication and organizational skills. -Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with Tally or ERP systems is an advantage. -Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team. -Pursuing or completed B.Com, M.Com, Supply Chain management, Engineering or any related field. -Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel locally if required. -Basic understanding of accounting principles and procurement processes.
