Tasks

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, someone confident in negotiation, commercially sharp, and passionate about making deals happen. You’ll also support and mentor a growing team of Land Managers, helping them to develop and succeed alongside you. -Support and oversee the growth and development of a talented land team. -Bring an entrepreneurial approach and fresh thinking to the role. -Negotiate land transactions and manage deals through to completion. -Stay ahead of market trends and spot emerging opportunities. -Develop acquisition strategies that align with VirginLand’s growth and financial objectives. -Collaborate closely with internal planning, tech, and sales teams. -Appraise and assess potential sites for planning and viability. -Identify and place live opportunities with our growing client base

Requirements

What You Bring

Confident taking responsibility and leading by example. Proven record of successful land transactions. Personal Specification 5+ years’ experience in land acquisition. Degree-level education in Real Estate or a related field. Experience managing or mentoring a team. Technology-led mindset. VirginLand are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Land Manager to help drive the next stage of our growth. You’ll play a leading role in identifying, appraising, and securing land opportunities while building lasting relationships with landowners, developers, and agents.
