Tasks

-Provide guidance and collaborate with other functional areas to ensure effective team execution. -Assimilate with the organization to include building strong relationships with functional peers, program managers, Subcontractors, and other internal customers. -Create and maintain Government compliant Procurement files, conduct Price Analysis and the expertise to perform a Cost Analysis. -Act as a subject matter expert in the field of Subcontracts and support program teams in mitigation of risk. -Support multi-function teams and provide program management oversight of the subcontractor. -Manage multiple priorities with several internal program teams. -Issue Subcontracts, Modifications and all contractual documentation to the Subcontractors. -Establish and lead proposal evaluation teams. -Lead special projects as assigned. -Assist program teams in developing effective subcontractor strategies to include development of clear/concise proposals requirements, statements of work, understanding subcontractor forecasted dollars and hours; and flowing down appropriate terms and conditions. -Support ensuring ITAR, EAR, BAA, Export and CUI regulations. -Lead audits related to subcontract activity to include CPSR.

What You Bring

-Direct experience with Proprietary Information Exchange Agreements and Teaming Agreements. -Demonstrated expertise with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DFAR procurements. -Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to foster strong customer relations, attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. -Experience with DoD and other federal agencies. -Understand requirements of Prime Contract and Deliverables. -Experience leading subcontract proposals. -BS or BA required. -Expertise to conduct Cost and Price Analysis. -CPSR audit experience. -Work independently with little oversite required. -Active clearance or the ability to obtain one with recent experience working on related programs. -Experience in administering various types of Contracts (CPFF/CPIF/CPAF/FFP/T&M, single award and multi-award IDIQs). -12+ years of experience in Government Subcontract Management with 5+ years of Prime Contract experience. -Candidate will have to perform in an ISO-9000 rated company in a rapidly changing and demanding atmosphere. -Support subcontractor search and selection teams. Experience in searching, identifying and selecting new subcontractors. -Large DoD Company experience. -Master’s Degree. -Commercial Subcontracts experience. -Extensive experience managing Subcontractors in Naval, Subsea or Maritime Contracts.
