-Forecast sales, manage stock levels, and support supply chain efficiency -Collaborate with marketing, product, and licensing teams to align on campaigns and ranges -Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture -Take full responsibility for major UK discounter accounts, including B&M and Home Bargains -Represent the company at trade events and retail meetings -Manage promotional budgets to maximise ROI -Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and profitability -Lead product launches, seasonal promotions, and merchandising initiatives

What You Bring
Do you have a track record managing major UK discounter retailers like B&M, Home Bargains, or similar? Are you an experienced National Account Manager with a passion for toys? -Strong experience managing discounter or high-volume retail accounts -Proven National / Senior National Account Manager experience in toys, gifting, or licensed consumer goods -Knowledge of the UK retail landscape and fast-moving toy/licensed categories -Commercially savvy with strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
