Tasks

-Work on long-term, community-focused infrastructure projects. -Facilitate toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training. -Assist with incident investigations and reporting. -Promote a proactive and collaborative safety culture. -Ensure compliance with legislative and client HSE requirements. -Provide on-site safety support and guidance to project teams. -Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

What You Bring

-Experience in a similar role within civil infrastructure or utilities. -Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and industry standards. -Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels. -Valid driver’s licence and construction white card. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Minimum Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent).
