Tasks

-Support client action and capture plans for specific clients or opportunities. -Support proposal efforts for municipal water/wastewater contracts and/or projects. -Support client management of key municipal water/wastewater clients. -Participate in water/wastewater professional organizations including presenting at conferences to expand Dewberry’s brand in the water market. -Support task order proposals for on-call engineering contracts. -Support the delivery of water and wastewater evaluation, design, and projects.

What You Bring

-A minimum of 10 years’ project management and technical staff supervision experience. -A successful track record of building client relationships in water/wastewater market, particularly high-profile regional clients. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Strong client retention and new business development skills. -Strong leadership qualities and ability to coach and mentor junior and mid-level staff. -B.S. degree is preferred. -At this time, Dewberry will not sponsor a new applicant for work authorization. -15+ years’ experience of increasing levels of project and client responsibilities for public sector water and wastewater projects. -Only recipients of an offer of employment from Dewberry, will be required to submit to a background screening which may include, but is not limited to, employment verification, educational and other credential verification, driving record check, criminal background check, and an investigative consumer report. These screenings will be conducted by Dewberry’s background vendor of choice and will be conducted in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local law.
