Tasks

-Manage Development Partnerships and JV Governance 5+ Partnerships in coordination with RVP development organization -Management of a Development Pipeline -Refine End to End Development process and sync the process across Development RVPs, Cross Functional Departments, Integrate into Digital Tools and Practices -Lead Coordination Annual / Quarterly Budget Forecasting across 40+GW Pipeline -Portfolio Management of the Pipeline and Development Operations – monitor and evaluate development KPI progression, lead coordination of approvals, provide reporting across departments, ensure OKR reporting, QBR

What You Bring

-Must be able to sit, walk, or stand for long durations of time -Advanced degree is a plus. -Responds well to direction, is easy to challenge and develop, and is coachable -This position is an office-based role with significant travel 30%+ and visits to other RWECE offices and field locations -Proven ability to empathize, build relationships, and effectively communicate with people from a diverse set of backgrounds -Minimum 18 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 15 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD with 12 years’ experience -Minimum 10 years of work experience applicable to renewable energy infrastructure, including experience in developing energy infrastructure projects in the US -Bachelor's degree in STEM, business/economics, or relevant fields required -Is detail-oriented, has strong business acumen, and a sound understanding of business concepts -Exceptional project management skills -Hard Digital Fluency in development digital tools: Site Tracker, Salesforce, GIS, Land Management products -Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams -Ability to manage multiple teams -Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to manage customer relationships -Demonstrated desire to learn about the Company and the renewables space -Track record managing significant digital tools and integration into development process -Motivated self-starter, goal-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities -Strong organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deliverables -Ability to multi-task, while working independently and as part of a team -Strong knowledge in key areas, including energy markets, prospecting, real estate development, interconnection, permitting, environmental, project engineering, construction management -Strong leadership and communication, and ability to meet deadlines -Digital Tool Development, Integration and Efficiency – Salesforce, SiteTracker, GIS, Irthland
